This episode is sponsored by Runner, who really excitingly have some new features. Yeah, there's one coming called Not Feeling 100%, which is exactly what you might expect. So if you're a bit under the weather, you might have some aches and pains or a busier period in life. Those are adjustable plans so that your training adapts to you and you can decide how long you want that to apply for. Yeah, and secondly, if you're training but you don't have a specific distance or race in mind, there are now general training plans. Yeah, sometimes you want to run without the pressure of a race in the calendar. And there are four new plans run faster, run to maintain, run further and train your way. And alongside these brand new features, you still get all the good stuff as well that you'd expect. Yeah, flexible plan length from six to 26 weeks. You've got holiday mode, bee races, pace insights, workout insights and dynamic plan updates as you go. So if you'd like to give the runner app a go, then use the code TRC to get two weeks for free. This episode, really excitingly, is sponsored by Sports Tours International. Yeah, I'm heading out with sports tours to Valencia Marathon in December. They've taken care of everything, which is amazing. And if you do want guaranteed race entry and comprehensive support of the biggest races on the planet, which is all of the World Marathon majors, the Super Half Series, and loads of iconic city, full and half marathons, then sports stores international can help you. They really look after you as well. Like they've got reps on the ground who know these races inside out. They will escort you to get your bib. They'll put on a race briefing. They'll also go out onto the course and cheer you on race day, which if you are travelling somewhere abroad and you don't know anyone else who's there, it's really nice to have that personal touch when you're running the race to cheer you on and give you a bit of extra support. And you know it's coming in the race, so you kind of look forward to it. So head over to the Sports Tours International website to find out more
