Today, we are continuing our Golden Eye discussions.

My name is Tom Sears, and I'm joined as per usual by my brother from another mother, Mr. Chris Wright.

I'm doing very well, Tommy.

Into part two of Golden Eye, the middle third, as some people will say. Now, I think after last week,

we pretty much praised that first act, that first third of Golden Eye. We both came out

really pumped after like a quality, quality sort of first third.

Do you think this middle third is going to stand up to that first third that we reviewed?

Here's how things typically go.

When you hear people criticize Bond in general, it usually goes, yeah, it starts off all right

and then loses it at the end, don't they?

You know, people will say that about never saying Never Again or Moon Raker or, you know,

whichever other ones they're going to chat about.

Indeed, there you go.

So, yeah, I don't know whether that's a continuing thread through the series.

We will find out.

But yeah, I would say usually with most films, they start off very strong, don't they?

Like, I'm not, this isn't Bond, I'm talking just generally in films.

In general, yeah, yeah.
