You are probably stressed out by at least a few things that you're just making it up.

It's your own crazy thoughts causing these problems.

I know this because people tend to have a lot in common with the podcast hosts they follow.

And I realized a while back that I was completely in my own way.

And what it means to be in your own way is that you are overthinking everything and creating

problems that really don't need to be there.

And I am excited to tell you that after three years of intensive study and research,

I learned how to stop overthinking.

know what that means now.
