Is China building super soldiers?

Well, I think probably yes.

I think they probably are.

Take a step back.

When I start to put together the pieces, and I see a global collection of DNA information,

and I see contracts that say population improvement and when I know

the competition and at the same time I see massive massive investments in genetic engineering

and biotechnology you know I think it's pretty likely that they're developing some form of human improvement.

You know, again, adding up all these pieces, very, very possible, and I would say likely that, that sort of, quote-unquote, super soldiers are being made.

so Dr. Anthony Vichy, you were the first chief technology officer of the NGA, that's National Geospatial

intelligence agency, which I think that was one of the three-letter agencies that for quite a long

time were even acknowledged. But doing a lot of good work over there. You have served in Iraq,

Africa, and Asia. And you have a new book out, The Fourth Intelligence Revolution,

the future of espionage, and the battle to save America,

which, again, I kind of joke, it's terrifying and exciting all at the same time. So again,

Just a little bit about your background and maybe how you found, like, into the NGA your expertise the interest what was your path to that point just to start with

yeah like a lot of guys of my generation I was on a path and then 9-11 happened and I decided that I wanted to get into the game and serve

the country and was pretty upset with Al-Qaeda at that time.
