If the DC area cannot handle one inch of snow. How are they going to handle? Well, they're now saying what, two feet? Two feet. Is that what it is? I don't want to diminish that because that's an incredible

amount of snow but if they can't handle one inch of snow how are they going to handle

The problem was that the roads were not treated and with extreme cold temperatures

all the snow was sticking to the roads.
