but this is fitness without the bullshit.

It's also common sense.

And with a lot of my content, it seems like the battle for common sense is just raging. It's not so much

of a battle. It's like a fucking war. It's always about just restating what seems to be the

obvious. It seems to be or what would seem to be the obvious, what would seem to help most people.

And the more we do these episodes, the more I create for YouTube, the more I discuss

with the audience and with all of you and with the Swolfam and private conversations, the more

it seems like people are getting disconnected from common sense.

And that's one of the risks from the quarantine, from social

distancing and just eye-fucking yourself with all the news and everyone just shouting from the

rooftops because we had that already, but there was a physical society presence. You were

actually interacting with people in real life. So it seemed like social media was a layer on top

of reality in the sense that we had physical interactions, we had our physical friends, we went to

the gym, we did things in person, and then we also had the internet. Now we're at home and it's

almost like literally ready player one without all the technology we're not to that
