Hello everyone and welcome back to Do We Know Them? Episode 144. Dead End Edition. I missed my hair

appointment and I have to wait until July. Yeah. Oh no. You know my life is chaotic when I miss my

appointment. That's like my favorite thing. I know your hair and your nails. Yeah. I did get my

nails done though. I did miss that. It's much quicker. I read mine again. Oh, nice.

You're staying up to date. My roots are getting very long. I'd say they're a good couple inches,

and I really need to get mine done. But I am enjoying that it's getting a little longer.

I mean, there's still baby hairs that I have the balliage. So, or like, I don't even know if that's what this is considered.

So it's like a lot easier to maintain, but my dead ends, like, if I don't get them cut

every three to four months, it shows.

Like, I don't know why my hair looks like this.

It looks like straw.

And I feel like you don't style it a lot. I curl it a lot or crimp it a lot, I guess.

With like that shitty bedhead crimper that definitely is frying the fuck out of my hair.

So yeah.

I need to use heat protected more.

You would think all the stuff we get sent.

Who's just gonna say good thing we have a bunch of hair sponsors.

Like I use everything else.

I use the shampoos, the conditioners, the treatments. I always forget fucking heat protectant spray. I've seen someone, I don't know if it's like a fluke or not.

I think it was on a recent commercial. Was it even on Goria? Hmm, I don't know.

But she like sprayed bread with heat protectant and then like toasted both like parts and the part with heat protectant.
