Welcome to episode 144 of the Marvel Studios news podcast. My name is Sean Gerber. I am not

joined this week by Paul Herman, but that's my fault. It's not Paul's fault. This is just the result

of an unusually busy schedule for me this week.

It didn't leave me with a time.

I pretty much have just this one window in which I can record an episode this week

and I don't have another time in which Paul would be able to join me so that's on me. It's not on him

So hopefully you don't mind hearing just me on this one. I know I've flown solo before for non-spiler reviews and other things and if you're part of our Marvel Studios news, Patreon, you're used to hearing me or just me quite frequently. But what I want to talk about on this week's episode. I've got a lot to cover.

So the first thing that I'm going to discuss, it's going to be these new release dates that we have

for Marvel Studios in 2022 and 2023.

And then I'm going to review the Infinity Saga Collectors Edition box set which

came out last week and I had a chance to check out everything that's on the bonus disc.

So I'll be breaking all of that down and reviewing it for you.

And then related to that, as well as some new content from Avengers Endgame that's

available exclusively on Disney Plus, it's just brought up something that's been on my mind and that I've been talking about on the Patreon for a little while now,

but now I want to go ahead and share it here on the main podcast just about the future of how we watch these movies, we consume these movies how they are made

available to us at home so I'm going to be getting into that towards the end of the

show but let's start with those new release dates from Marvel Studios so on

Friday we found out that Marvel Studios

has added a fourth release date to their 2022 slate and they've added four films

for 2023 so let's start with 2022. So previously we already knew that Marvel Studios had release

dates booked for February 18th, May 6th, and July 29th of that year and now they've gone
