All right now, recently back in April, we had our yearly executive retreat for our

Heart Leadership team. We spent two weeks in Toulou, Mexico and it was amazing. So

much fruit was produced from that retreat, not like literal fruit, just like fruit of the company.

Anyways, you get it.

But we grew as leaders and we developed such a better connection with our core team members.

And we had this idea that we thought it would be really fun episode to take you kind of behind the scenes and

tell you exactly what we did, how we structured our retreat, and how we grew as individuals and

team members during that retreat and just lots more.

We have lots to say.

And this is going to be more of a conversational episode by nature,

but I'm also really excited to bring you just a little bit like behind the curtain in a sense to the

inner workings of our company, the Heart University, you know, our goals, how we're striving to achieve them, just how we structure the company, like all that good stuff.
