Hey everybody, we got a great one today, you know, for a change.

And this time, this time, this time, this time I really mean it because my guests are Joyce

fans and Barbara McQuaid, both brilliant former U.S. attorneys and current professors of law.

And they are the perfect duo to kick off my year-in-review series. We're going to do one next week with Ann Applebaum and Frank

four on the geopolitical arena, and won the following week with Molly Jung Fast and Mark Leibovic

on the year in politics.

Now, Joyce and Barbara agreed to review all the court cases against Trump because I know for me there are just so many that it's been kind of just hard to keep track of all of them

between all the federal cases, the state cases, the criminal cases, civil cases.

So we gave it a go, and these two are pretty damn spectacular, so you are really going to enjoy this one,

you know, for a change. Now, Rudy Giuliani, of course, is indicted in Georgia and is an unindicted

co-conspirator in the January 6th case, but he is such a sleaze bag.

A while ago, he conceded that he had defamed Ruby Freeman and Che Moss.

Remember, they are the mother-daughter election workers who both Giuliani and Trump had accused of using a USB drive

to add Biden votes. And we play the audio of Rudy defaming them when he testified to the Georgia

State Center. And it's so disgusting. I just want to, I want to play it again.
