For us, because there were 17 people in the room that are from different aspects of the practice,

finding one overarching message that encompassed the entire office was challenging, but we got through it and we learned the structure and then at the end of the workshop we put together a roadmap of, you know, who's going to do what? What do the next steps look like? You know, now we can specifically break it out. But after going through that really difficult one everybody's

excited to do one in their own area because it feels like it's going to be

easier. It's just really exciting to see that happening.
