Innovation is offensive.

That's right.

Innovation is offensive.

Well, it's actually offensive.

Offensive sounds like rude.

And that's not what we're talking about.

We're talking about offensive versus defensive.

That's right.

And that's not just like some shallow euphemism, like be, play offense, not defense.

This is a very real and behavioral thing.

It's all about our posture when we're working.

And it's about innovation, which is more and more involved in every kind of work we do.

In the history of work, in the history of society, I think today, innovation is more

important because things change so rapidly, largely due to technology.

And so successful companies really are the ones that are constantly innovating.
