So I'm really excited to talk to you today. But before we begin, will you just tell my audience a little bit about yourself in your background and how you got involved in what you do now?

Absolutely. I'm so happy to be here. Thanks for having me. I'm Hannah Aylward. I'm the CEO and founder of Han and at hand we really help women overcome chronic digestive issues that we've been struggling with for typically years and years and I really got into this work because I needed it myself.

So I struggled with my own digestive issues for years and years.

And I feel like that's why a lot of us get into this work or trying to find a solution to To our own problems, I was someone that

was eating a really healthy, I exercised consistently, I was young and I just still felt

awful, like I would look six months pregnant after eating an apple. You know, I tried going only raw diet. I tried eating oil-free. I tried eating low-fod map. I tried every single diet in the book. And nothing was really getting to the bottom of these chronic digestive issues.

I would eliminate gluten and dairy and those things helped a little bit but I was still like something is off like for how healthy I eat, for how active I am, like something is really missing here.

It caused me so much stress and pain when traveling, when going out to eat, I mean I would always pack my own snacks like I was terrified to go out and get dinner with my girlfriends, you know, and this is what we see in a lot of our clients as well.
