Today we're going to talk about how to harness more energy.

And I was kind of laughing when I was putting together my notes for this show because I thought,

oh, this is so perfect for summertime.

Like we need more energy during the summer because things just feel a little frantic and frenetic and like we're kind of being pulled in different

directions and some of that's exciting but some of it's exhausting and that can just be conflicting

with our energy sometimes. And then I thought, you know, when it's not summertime, we need more energy

because it's like dark and gloomy and maybe bad weather or maybe we need more sun and we don't have

that kind of energy.

So then I realized, okay, so basically year-round, we just need to talk about how to harness more
