Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a Sean Crox and

0:36.4

.com. We got Brunei Brown on this show today. And I think this clip is going to resonate

0:43.1

with a lot of people because she's talking about shame. She's talking about what drives

0:48.0

it, what relieves it, and how you can discover the power of identifying shame, reality checking

2:05.2

Secrecy, silence and judgment. If you take shame in the petri dish and you douse it with

2:11.8

a little secrecy, a little silence and a little judgment, it will grow exponentially.

2:16.6

It will creep into every corner and crevice of our lives. It is the exact perfect environment

2:23.9

for shame. If on the other hand, you take shame and you put it in a petri dish and you douse
