The Calcutta of the week is the Flying Grandma. It is, uh, it's actually delish.

I think it's a great name.

It's grapefruit juice, mint, vodka, and something else that I'll remember in a minute.

Oh, like triple sec. I used Quantro. It calls for Grand Marnier, which is very, it's a little bit fancier.

I like it. Yeah, I think Triple Sec's a little fruitier.

Triple Sec is a category. Grand Marnier is a element of that category.

Never mind.

Anyway, you put all those things together.

It's actually like a punch recipe, though I just made a little like a couple servings worth.

So you put all that stuff together and then you let it hang out in the fridge for a while.

Strain it and then you top it with a muscato, which is like a sparkling dessert. a while

When I was first, I was like, man, that's not going to be great.

muscato is really sweet. Even sweet enough for me. Is it? Yeah I like that

maybe better. No I think it's great.

I think it's a little bit sugar.

Maybe always but I never I didn't drink it and think it needs sugar. I drank and I thought

it's a very light cocktail very nice summery thing. Yeah, that's good. So I picked the flying

grandma in honor of my grandma who passed away this last weekend. She is the grandma who would take us to the museums
