This habit has helped us to be more decisive in all areas of our lives, from what to buy as a 1st birthday present to the shoes we wear. By making a decision and then sticking to it, we've been able to simplify our lives and free up extra brain space. Deciding once has also helped us to be more efficient with our time and our resources. We no longer waste precious time and mental energy mulling over decisions. Instead, we're able to use that time and energy to pursue our passions and live a more full life.
