Welcome to Grumpy Old Geeks for January 8th 2016. I am Jason DeFilippo and I'm

Brian Schultmeister. How's it going dog whisper? Oh Jesus Christ. I have not slept

since we last spoke. And my life pretty much consists of feeding, picking up

poop and trying to sleep, but not sleeping.

Excellent. Good to hear. Yes. There are fun times with petting and chasing in

the yard and then stepping in poop and inadvertently dragging it into your

room, which is, you know, it happens. It's just it is a poop fantastic life.

That's that sounds lovely. Mm-hmm. So anyways, what else is going on besides you

and the dog? They're supposed to be something else going on. No, no, not really.

Not judging from your social media updates. No, there is there's almost absolutely

nothing. All right. I've got I've got another two months of this easily. Can't wait.

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah. So yeah, there you go. What's been up with you? Come on, tell me.

Is it Mr. Exciting? I'm not terribly exciting. It's a reentry back to work. This has

probably been the roughest reentry that I've ever had this week as totally sucked.

I have not wanted to work at all. I really enjoyed my break where I didn't do

much of anything. I'm fantastically uninspired by coming back to do what I

used to be doing and I'm definitely taking to heart the whole idea of trying to

try to change. 2016 is going to be the year of change for me. I want to do

different things. Don't you mean pet? Well, yeah, the pivoting. All of that sort of
