The last Wednesday of every month typically is the monthly release cadence for the new version of MAME.

Particularly exciting this month because they're going to, they're going to finally add regular real support for Primal Rage 2.

The unreleased sequel to Primal Rage, which there have been hacked up versions of MAME that have worked just

fine at playing Primal Rage 2 for years, for decades at least, but it lacked support in the

official builds for whatever reason. Anyway, that work has been done. And so that is coming soon tomorrow tomorrow by uh by all accounts uh that's

usually when they do it sometimes they miss a day you know it's like they're they're just cramming in

so many fixes at the end here that you know they miss the wednesday and and push to

Thursday or Friday but but typically that's when the new maim comes out.
