1:50.6	We've had nine states consider laws like this so far. We have five states that are in the
1:54.8	process of enacting them right now. California was a case that a lot of people were
1:59.6	looking at last year. It did not succeed in enacting a download tax but that would have been
2:04.4	key because Apple is based in California right the way a sales tax works is you know
2:08.9	you're California resident you buy something from a California merchant you pay sales tax. I'm in Illinois. I don't necessarily have to pay sales tax right that's moot right now because the California law is on ice
2:20.5	However in January a law in Tennessee goes into effect in October. A law in Nebraska
