looking at last year. It did not succeed in enacting a download tax but that would have been

key because Apple is based in California right the way a sales tax works is you know

you're California resident you buy something from a California merchant you pay sales tax. I'm in Illinois. I don't necessarily have to pay sales tax right that's moot right now because the California law is on ice

However in January a law in Tennessee goes into effect in October. A law in Nebraska
