They heard his mother scream his name and call for help and that he had run down the stairs

and found her at the foot of the stairs after.

And one of the things I told the jury afterward was that he had a previous murder conviction

for violence, but the judge wouldn't let me bring it to the jury.

I walked in to the Pierre-Roll-Malice unit, sat down in the consulting room and I literally

felt every single thing that happened to this kid.
