What is up you guys? Welcome to day 29. Today we are mapping out your goals. So we are going to talk

0:12.8

about what to expect, how you're going to overcome it and all of the steps to making this

0:18.1

happen. So yesterday went through the seven steps of actually setting

0:20.9

the goals, what that looks like. You've already knocked out a ton of them. And today what I'm

0:24.8

going to talk about is something that I may have touched on in a previous Daily Grind series,

0:30.6

but this time we're actually going to put it into action. Cool. So if you've never heard of this,

0:34.9

buckle up. So it's called the roller coaster. Very fitting with the fact that I clearly love Disney. By the way, these are floor plans of rides and attractions in the parks. They're like the original blueprints. Fitting, right? So we're going to go through your roller coaster and what to expect.

0:58.8

If you've ever heard of this, no goal worth having ever comes easy.

1:10.4

So I think that what happens sometimes is that we set

these goals or these expectations and we don't really understand the ride that we're about to get on.

1:18.3

And I think that when you can gain clarity on the ride that you're about to embark on,

1:22.6

you are that much more likely to not only rock it, but enjoy the ride while you're on it because you know what to expect.

1:29.1

So here's the sequence of what the roller coaster will look like, more or less every single time,

1:35.4

bigger, small, more, a little bit more crazy and maybe more of like a, let's say like if the ride

1:41.7

is crazy, it'd be more like a rock and roller coaster level. And if it's a smaller goal, it'd be more of like a, let's say like if the ride is crazy, it'd be more like a rock and roller coaster level.

1:45.8

And if it's a smaller goal, it'd be more of like a big thunder.

1:51.2

That would be the difference.

1:52.7

So first, we usually set the goal.

1:55.5

We're excited.

1:56.3

It's like you've just buckled into the ride and you are ready to go.
