there's no need for new pilots right now. It doesn't mean it's going to happen forever,

but I think for this new crew of pilots, many of whom may have said, I want to be an airline pilot

and went to a formal school, got all the ratings, flew at a regional, got hired by a major, and then may end up

being furloughed for some point, may say, oh my God, it's the end of the world. I mean, having lost

a few jobs over my lifetime, I can tell you, get used to it, guys. It's the way the airline industry works.
