Hi, I'm Olympian Carrie Tullifson, and today on C. Talley Run, I'm sharing with you the live podcast that I did with Sarah Bowen-McDowell from another mother runner.

These two women have quite the tribe of badass mother runners. That's

what they call it. And I'm so thankful I was asked to be on their show, celebrating something

we love and maybe hate at times, the run. We also talk about being moms, partners, and strong
