As a busy self-employed father of two, Brady found himself with a "dad bod" after his wife gave birth to their second child.

He was in denial over his obesity for far too long, made too many excuses, and lacked the discipline and accountability to take back his health.

But in due time, Brady realized he needed to take responsibility and make changes to his lifestyle.

Besides acknowledging the need for a change in diet, Brady knew he needed help and he sought trainers like Kris Gethin to learn more about health and body building.

As he lost the weight and improved his physique, he felt that proper nutrition and hitting the gym don't necessarily spell: Transformation.
