That is where you get yourself wrapped up in all sorts of problems that feel very real

to you but are generally not real and it's all out of fear. It is all out of fear into

stepping into the person you're meant to be and stepping into the life you are meant

to live. I'm an expert at this. I did this for many years. I can tell you all about the

shadow life. So this is that's what we're going to talk about today is how do you know if

you or if one of your kids is living this kind of shadow life and then what to do about

it, how to recognize it, how I got over it. That is the main topic as usual. We will get

to that in the second half of the show. The first half is for where we talk about what's

new, what's going on in the world, anything I think you'll find amusing. Usually there's

some drama. Right. The past few episodes. There's been drama. It's been excellent. So and
