Funny enough, I did.

I did try to come visit you today at the Village Church.

I had a lunch up there with someone else

and thought, I'll stop in and see my friend Jen real quick.

So I texted you, you said, yeah, I'm here.

And then I walked in as I did for almost every day

for three years and routinely for five years

when I worked on staff at a church that eventually blessed me

at a church where I've preached at and sent me out

as a church planner.

And I did not make it past reception.
