One of the things that I find most annoying is when people start to say something like, well,

men's and women's brains are different and they're different in these ways and that relates to

this kind of behavior. So we can explain the quirks of this one individual person on the basis of

these gender differences in the brain. It's a really simplistic explanation, of course. And, you know,

I don't get annoyed only when that makes, you know, throws women under the bus. I get just as

annoyed when men, poor behavior by men is attributable to some kind of brain, you know, deficiency

indicating that, you know, it's not, it's not their fault. It's just something wrong with their brains.

And yet there is a lot of data showing that men and women's brains are structurally and
