So I recently had a really interesting experience.

I would actually say on both sides of the track of judgment,

of being judged by someone else and then also inadvertently finding myself unintentionally

judging someone else.

And so I did a blog post on it I was really

actually disturbed I was really wrestled emotionally with some of the experience of

being on both sides of these judgment tracks so to speak so I really felt burdened to write about it, but also

podcast about it because I think judging others and judging ourselves and judgment in general

seeps so insidiously into our lives that we often don't notice how destructive and damaging it can be.

And so one of my resolutions for this next coming year, yes I do believe in resolutions,

but I want to say that resolutions are long lasting goals

for me.

They're lifestyle changes, not just a short-term fix.
