Welcome my soul family to this safe and sacred space.

As you enter this space, please bring the intention to release this anxiety, stress, and worry from your body.

You may do this meditation sitting down with a straight spine or lying down as well.

It is important that you feel comfortable throughout this meditation because our goal is to release the tension from your body.

I just want you to bring your awareness into your breath and close your eyes

As we come into this moment together, I want to do some breathing exercises.

You're going to breathe in through our nose and exhale through our mouth.

And as you breathe in, you're going to be breathing in positive, warm, liquid light.
