and there are a few different ways you can practice this. In this episode, I'm going to focus on conscious

consumption in the areas of food and drink, content and resources. I hope that you'll discover

some new and really meaningful ways to practice mindfulness in this episode, so let's just dive straight in.

First of all, I'd like to talk about food and drink consumption.

There are so many ways we can practice mindfulness when it comes to this type of consumption.

You can eat your food in mindful ways by noticing the aromas, tastes, textures and temperatures of what you're eating.

You can drink a cup of tea or coffee mindfully

by feeling the warmth of the cup in your hands or by noticing the sensation of the liquid in

your mouth or by experiencing the flavour. However, there are a few other ways that food
