favorite oils from this week. I wanted to share bringing it back to basics and I'm going to declare

my favorite oil this week to be lavender essential oil. I think some of us that have been using

oils for a long time tend to take for granted the simple

staples that we keep stockpiled. But lavender is one that I usually order at least two

bottles a month because it's just such powerful, simple, easy oil to use. Lavender is one of those

oils that's so gentle yet powerful at the same time.

So while a lot of oils will recommend you dilute with a carrier oil, you can certainly dilute

lavender, but there's really no need to do it if you're using a really high quality lavender

oil because it's so gentle on the skin.

So if you're in a rush like me sometimes, I'll just put a couple drops on my wrist,
