Kentucky, or a Sunday off hanging out with friends and family.

It's a weird weekend.

We got there Thursday for about an hour and a half practice.

And they did a good job on the racetrack, the repave.

Right out of the gate felt pretty good.

And they had used a couple of these machines to help rubber the track in,

which was pretty smart.

Believe it or not, that was on the advice of the driver council to find that machine,

because they had used it at Phoenix when they repave that track.

And it had been sitting in storage somewhere, so they found it, got it out, took it to Kentucky,

and put some rubber down using this tool.

So the track had a good groove.

It wasn't too treacherous.

Usually the repaves are, you can bust your butt.

What happens is, they went there to test and had some trouble blistering tires.

So that's a big red flag right away for good year.
