here for the Invested Podcast where we are figuring out in this particular podcast how to invest like

Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger, other great investors we call value

investors or sometimes called rule one investors.

And today we are going to really get into understanding how they invest,

because we're going to look at specifically what they're buying.

And by looking at the filings with the SEC

called 13F filings, which are compiled in various websites,

including Rule 1 Investing.com, toolbox, or Data data Roma and others you can Google looking for

what would you look for for googling this kind of stuff I guess I googled 13 dash F filings with which brought up a bunch of SEC websites and then if you go past those

you'll get to the secondary websites.

We did a whole episode, two or three episodes ago,

about why using the SEC's website

to look up 13F filings actually isn't really super user-friendly and go back and

check that out the short version is that they don't show you what's happened

over time

from quarter to quarter or from year to year.

And what we really want to know

is how have these people been changing

what they've been buying and selling.

So we like the secondary websites. My dad's website,
