We just did a recording before this one so we're like nice and toasty. I feel literally hot actually my face feels hot.

It was only 100 today but it's really humid right now. I guess I've never last year we didn't get the rain but apparently July is monsoon season.

Remember when we came in September for the Beyonce concert and it was still really hot it felt like 90 maybe it was 85 but I think my uncle say July and August are his least favorite.

We got John's side. This is your sister having a baby which is really special. How is she doing? How is the baby tell everything?

Yes we recorded right as her water bro you're like I just got off face time with Teresa and her water broke.

I was like I don't know I basically never felt pain. I just was like giving up a girl immediately. I don't know I never felt a contraction really.

The first one then Mac was a plan. Anyway so she had him so cute. He's three weeks early he's so cute. His name I love this. His name is Callin Crawford.

She had to push for 20 minutes and she had to get her own potosan. Her water broke and then it was like 12 hours later or something. She had only dilated to a two and then she got the epidural quick.

No she got epidural and then potosan. Yeah. Yeah. So because of the contractions were coming pretty regularly she said and so then she asked for an epidural and then they checked her and like oh you're only out of two we got to start you on potosan so they started her and then like really quickly she moved up ready to push and then she pushed for 20 minutes.

I call her yesterday I think it was yesterday and you know how are you doing that just new mom haze is like you know she's like you weren't yeah we're good he's a cutie she's like it's a little emotional right now because she's trying to breastfeed and yeah it's so hard she's like he hasn't pooped all day he hasn't even had a wet diaper and I'm not trying to I don't want to be an alarmist from like oh like a wet diaper that kind of means he's not getting much right like he's.

Yeah so I hooked her up with my breastfeeding coach and they talked and so I hope that I just you know this it's like you're going through a hormone war zone he was three weeks early so her milk hadn't like really come in yeah just colostrum and there's just you know she just moved from Hawaii like it's a new.

It's a new this is a new relationship sort of for her so the come down from pregnancy hormones to as a mother effort yeah oh my god and then you're just like you're so worried because the kid the baby can't obviously say anything yeah basically going off of his diapers and if he doesn't have the

diaper it's like your paranoia you know she got to know if he's even getting anything and she was nursing away on the she's like yeah so he's just like sitting here like kind of just has it in his mouth but he's not really you know because it's hard to keep him awake to in those early days they're so tired tickle their little feet.

Oh gosh so my heart was just like all I remember those and it feels so hard when you're in it you know just like just this pressure of wanting it to be everyone's like enjoy every second.

Yeah yeah yeah you're like I don't know that right you know yeah she's in it she's like but he's a cutie he's so cute so yeah so I mean yeah she's in it but he arrived safely 10 fingers 10 toes super cute full head of hair and I just it's so wild because my sister she's 38 for those of you who don't know about
