| 0:24.3 | surprised by the answer. And now let's get back to today's topic and the |
| 0:31.9 | difference between steel cut and regular rolled oats. |
| 0:35.8 | I think it'd be helpful first to give you a quick guide to how the different types of oats cereals are produced. |
| 0:41.5 | All types of oats cereals starts out as groats, which are hulled toasted |
