but today she interviews a lady by the name of Kilea and they talk a bunch about

depression. She assures me that this would be very beneficial to you even though she can't tell you that because, as I said, she can't speak.

That would have been a really awkward interview otherwise.

Welcome to the show, Kailia, how are you?

I'm doing fairly well. It's sunny. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so that's saying something.

So that's rare, huh? It's pretty rare. It's pretty rare. And, um, geez, I'm doing okay

mentally this week other than some residual anxiety from just random everything but doing

okay I'm doing okay. Why don't you go ahead and introduce yourself to all of our listeners?

Okay, my name is Kielia McElvain,

and I am a mother of four, wife to one,

my husband's name is Micah, and I call my children, Hobbets.

We home school, we are Orthodox Christians.

We came into the church officially last Pasca slash Easter

for us.

And so we're really, really thankful to felt like we've come home.

And I wrote a book called a book about Depression

and it's released, I think it released in October.

That whole season is kind of a blur for me because, yeah, but,
