Hey, Katie. And you know we have been a little bit laxed lately on getting to our listener feedback.

And so what I figured we do in this episode is I've gone through it, you've gone through it, and we've tried to put it together in various categories and

you know rather instead of kind of doing the rapid-fire question and answer that we

usually do at the end kind of trying to address some of the bigger issues that

that listeners seem to keep having come up on a regular basis and maybe cover

a couple of bigger broad topics on this show.

Yeah, you know, it's kind of an interesting workflow how we deal with feedback. Most of it comes in with emails. You know we have

feedback at MacPowers.com and some of it comes in from Twitter too and when Katie

or I see something of interest

we'll snap a copy of it and put it into an Omni Outliner file called

feedback or pending feedback.

And we just keep that, then we'll go, you know, hit some of it when we have time at the

end of a show, but since a lot of our shows lately have been running pretty long, we just

haven't had time.

So now this pending feedback file is really long.

And it's going to be fun going through some of this stuff.

I think we've got some interesting topics to talk about.

So this one, you're going to get a little taste of different things.
