many of us find ourselves reporting to lots of different people.

productive for others, for our organizations and for ourselves it requires every single one of us to be accountable to

stakeholders and those stakeholders may be in the form of a boss, direct

manager, may be a dotted line relationship to someone, it may be our customer,

clients, peers, and of course we all have stakeholders personally too and so one of the topics that has been

mentioned to me several times in the recent past is how the world has changed and

how we are all being expected to manage a lot more

And so I am so thrilled today to be able to welcome to this show,

a good friend of mine and someone that I've had the privilege of being able to work with over the last couple of years and that is Eric Ruckle.

Eric was formerly the Director of Integrated strategies with Dale Carnegie and

associates and you all know that I have an association with Dale Carnegie and

Eric and I worked together on a fairly large project over the last couple of years where we talked on a fairly regular basis even though we're in different states.
