So we're still talking about the COVID-19, but one of the reasons why COVID-19 is such a rich subject

is that it shakes other subjects loose.

And I'm not going to talk about the pandemic or the virus here so much as

here's an issue that it shook loose for us.

And that is

for Christians.

Christians are told to obey the existing authorities.

Christians are not to be scofflaws.

Christians are not to be scofflaws. Christians are not to be the kind of people who reflexively, automatically

say no matter what, don't tell me what to do. We are to be dutiful, we're to be submissive, we're to pray for the, you know,

we're to on the emperor, we're to, we are to be straight up good citizens.
