and how they feel about certain things and what they feel the company should say or shouldn't

say in certain situations, making a space for those safe conversations to happen and so that you can be yourself and have empathy.

I think that's the big thing.

It's not, hey, mine is better than yours, yours is better in mine.

It's like, well, let me try to understand why you're saying that.

Can you try to understand where I'm coming

from and that kind of back and forth is really key so yeah we're learning a lot and

I'm learning a lot and we're all being vulnerable especially from the top.
