It's a warm August afternoon on Congressman Jim Traffkin's farm just outside of Youngstown.

A man has arrived to have a conversation with Traffkin's farmhand, a guy named Clarence

Broad. They seem to be talking about a price for a job the Traffkin needs done.

A huge political corruption investigation had just wrapped up in Youngstown. Nearly 80 public officials

were indicted and Clarence Broad is worried that his boss Jim Traffkin might be next.

And there's someone on the farm that Clarence Broad is most worried about. Her name is Sandy

Ferranti. She's lived and worked there for 17 years as a caretaker and horse trainer.

And she and Traffkin are close. Maybe too close. There were rumors that they were lovers.

She can take him down. She can take him down with no problem.

Lately Jim and Sandy had a falling out and in a fit of anger Sandy had slashed the tires on Jim's truck.

She could take him down for his wife could take him down. And that's the key. The key is to this whole

problem right here. I understand that. Broad in this guy agree on a price to take care of this problem.
