Hey you guys welcome to today's show. It's so good talking with you. I've missed

Lorian. I've missed Jeff. Everybody here we are all back together. You know the

last the past few weeks we've taken the time off to do our own personal work around the Black Lives Matter movement with the first and last step being listening

We've also been reading, protesting and giving financially, you know, it's a really big essential topic. We plan to

continue the work and find ways to help make real change,

specifically in our industry,

such as a possible mentor program

that I'm gonna try to put together.

And I wanna thank my friend Willie Hagen who has been helping me put that together.

I can't talk more about it right now because we're still doing it, still trying to get it together,

but as soon as we do that, I will of course talk to you guys about it here and make it available to you guys.

So also, of course, any questions, ideas, or ways we can help on your journey, especially people of color.

Yes, yeah. Yeah, I've really missed everyone and what Meg said and it's really great to be back and today we're going to be talking about outlining or chunking which we discussed, but not covered in length.
