Because you're like Ed Milet's my friend and Andy Fasella's my friend. And those two were sitting at one and two last I looked and I was four. So I said,

So hopefully this pushes us up there. And then, uh, I can have a chat with them to say, see, I told you. But yeah, those are big, there's a big, big shoes to Phil's, but we're going to try. I had one called True Underdog that did hit top three, never went higher than that. This one's a brand new one that I started over in December. And it's going really well. I got some cool guests coming on. And I'm excited to talk to you because, you know, I was watching some of your stuff on Instagram. and, you know, it's cool that you skateboard.

You got that cool Cali look that everyone can resonate with. Like, look, that's what California. If you want to know what the fuck California looks like, that's it right there. That's what California looks like. But that's a good thing. That's a compliment. That's what like that part of California looks like. The rest of fucking California is a little different. I've been out there enough to say that. But to get into real estate and do what you do, let's talk about first,

you know, what did you used to do before? What convinced you and pushed you to get into real

estate? Yeah, it's a really good question. So I was, my first career was a skateboarder,

as a professional skateboarder, which is like a dream come true for a kid, except it's a career that has no longevity to it.

And, you know, part of this energy around skateboarding was this fear of what happens after our careers.

And it was kind of that fear that forced me to be in a position of trying to figure out what was next.

And I got introduced to some people who were investing in storage units.

I knew nothing about it.

I was just so desperate to figure something out that it sounded good.

I didn't even understand how to do due diligence.
