The other day, a friend, just an acquaintance of mine, she said, hey, you know, I don't have

much money right now, I just moved to Hollywood.

Could I do some work for you or one of your companies?

So I was like, sure, come over this weekend, we'll talk on some stuff.

I got some work she'd do.

And so she came over and she, real pretty girl.

She came over and she was like, dressed super casual and I was like, oh, where are you headed

to after we talk?

And she's like, oh, I got a pool party.

And of course, it was a Saturday or whatever.

But my first thought was, man, she never learned Charlie Munger, the billionaires rule to

wealth, the 14 hour a day rule.

Munger says there was a time in his career where he was investing in some, excuse me, a little

sneeze in there.

He said he was investing in a construction company or a group of people that were developing

real estate.

And they told him, we have this one rule, we all agree that if in any time, in this business

you're investing in us Charlie.

We are short on our obligations.

We promise people will do stuff.

We're late paying the bills.

There's not enough money in the bank account.
