| 0:57.9 | holidays here in the states is the holiday of Thanksgiving and there's a couple reasons for that one for those of you |
| 1:04.7 | who are outside the states which is a number of you who listen to the show we eat a lot it's the |
| 1:11.8 | best way to describe it. And it's very socially acceptable to eat a tremendous amount of food and sit on really cozy chairs and talk or watch TV for an entire day and that's great. |

| 1:27.6 | is it's a day in our country where we all try to set aside some time to think about what we're |
| 1:36.8 | thankful for. And I think that that's such a key importance in our lives to really focus in on gratitude. |
| 1:46.1 | It's said that gratitude is one of the most positive human emotions. And in leadership, having gratitude for the people around us, |
| 1:57.0 | the lessons that we learn, |
| 1:59.0 | and our past experiences I think is such an important skill for us to have when we're leading others. |
