It was about four weeks ago that we talked on overcoming adversity.

leaders, folks that you can emulate and learn from. And we want to take this opportunity to share some of what we've been able to endure with some of the folks that we're entrusted with.

And we came together about four weeks ago at sort of the beginning phase of this unfortunate

situation that we're faced with.

And we talked about overcoming adversity. And before we talk about the next phase of that,

I want to just take a few minutes and reflect back. And because, of course, this has been a very

challenging time. Many of us have been a complete lockdown. Some of us have been very restricted

on what we can and cannot do,

depending upon where you're at in the country. But I want to talk about some of the positives.

I have had the fortunate benefit of not traveling as much. I've had the benefit of having dinner

with my family, my wife, and my three kids, my parents, and really had the time to take a deep breath and really reflect upon

how quickly and how in demand we were and travel and just going at a pace that was really

tough to sustain. And so now we've been given the opportunity and we may have another couple

to four to six weeks of this type of free time. And I want to make sure that we're taking something that's a challenge, call it a lemon and turning it into lemonade.
