So something that I suspect most of us can associate with at some point in our careers. But just a

quick reminder before we really get into the fear of being put on the spot about what a confidence

gremlin is and why they matter. So confidence gremlins are the things that hold us back at work.

They matter because they stop us doing well in our jobs. And actually really importantly,

they stop us doing the things that we really want to do in our careers and things that will

make us happy. So often they make us a bit afraid to take the leap to do the job we want to do or the project we really want

to get involved in. Really important and we say it every week that to remind you that everybody

has confidence gremlins. I think often you feel that that's just not true and that your gremlins are

worse than everybody else's. But honestly, everyone we ever meet has their own confidence gremlins.

Really, the trick is to know what yours are
