This is part two of my interview with Carlos Castesianus.

Castellianus, I'll say it right one of these times.

And in yesterday's episode we were talking about ways that you can interact more

with people at conferences and how to approach people at art booths and some of those other

moments when things can feel a little bit awkward.

And in this episode, we are going to talk about finding the right mentor or finding the right coach to help you out

on your journey.

So here we go.

If you're at that stage where you're not really feeling comfortable

reaching out to people and interacting, I think the social media version of that is relying on digital relationships to get you through.

You know what I mean?

So sort of like, so I'm on Twitter and I'm on Facebook so I don't need to go to conferences.

I don't need to reach out and try to meet other

painters in my area or try to talk to galleries because I do all this work on Twitter and on

Facebook and I think that kind of relates to what we were just talking about,

getting yourself out there and meeting people in person.

What I see is a baby step for that is Google Hangouts.
