0:08.9	Great. Thank you. I am Darcy Holmberg. Doing well. I'm Deacon O'Connor. So we were introduced to Queer Global because you all sponsored our very first live show last year during Pride Month in New York.
0:24.4	We had a wonderful time, and so we're quite familiar, but the listeners may not be.

0:32.5	We are a website that's based on finding and making sure that we have a list of a dedicated community and we are
0:40.3	connecting marginalized people within the LGBTQ plus community.
0:44.3	Essentially, we just realized that there was no space for people to find all the resources that they needed when they were people of color,
0:51.3	when they were differently abled individuals, and we're bringing together
0:54.3	all of the possible resources that we can find to a single website so that people can find all
0:59.1	the things they need to thrive in this community as a marginalized person.
1:02.4	Okay. Is there a specific focus now?
1:05.2	Our main focus right now is on developing our online platform. We want it to be adaptive
1:10.3	and constantly be updated with
1:12.5	fresh resources instead of dead links. Well, honey, that sounds like a position opening or something.
1:20.1	Y'all got some positions? Yes, we do. Well, all right. So tell me, what are you looking for?
1:24.8	Right now, we're looking for a social media coordinator.
1:35.1	The most important thing that we want people to know is that there is not a formal education requirement to take this job.
1:36.9	You do not have to have a college degree.
1:39.2	It's a skill-based and a fit-based position.
1:40.2	Perfect.
